Office Manager

Our office manager is the ultimate enabler of everything that can happen inside and outside the office, and a key role for us to achieve our goals. We promise peace of mind to our customers and we need to be the living example of that promise.


The daily functions of an Office Manager are never the same, one day you’re driving all around the city to find the new office space and the other you’re coordinating the application process to get government funding, but in a nutshell, your role’s objective is to make sure everyone in Tandem can focus in growing our business and not to worry about anything that does not add value to our work.



  • Create and maintain the office supplier repository.
  • Ensure suppliers comply with our needs and have a vast and updated database of options.
  • Handling document circulation.
  • Keep office tidy and organized.
  • Own the inventory and organization of office supplies.
  • Give HR support.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Make sure events such as birthdays, anniversaries and get-togethers are celebrated.

  • BA/BS degree.
  • 2+ years of experience as an office manager.
  • Experience handling suppliers.
  • Experience managing projects and budgets.
  • Extremely organized, disciplined and proactive.
  • Experience working with VERY demanding directors.
  • Experience in startups or Technology companies is a plus.
